David P. Rosenbaum, C.P.A.

Mr. Rosenbaum, Senior Partner at Mallah Furman, is a Certified Public Accountant with over 36 years experience in public practice. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. In 1973, he joined Mallah Furman as a staff accountant, was admitted as Shareholder in 1979 and was appointed to the Executive Committee in June 1986. He served as Managing Director of the Firm from 1993 to early 2005.

Mr. Rosenbaum has provided high-level accounting, estate and income tax advisory and consulting services to a variety of industries with concentration in law firms, real estate, health care and other professional service organizations.

Further, Mr. Rosenbaum has the following specific experience in law-related consulting matters:


  • Consultation to growth-oriented companies;
  • Experience in estate planning, real estate and professional firms;
  • Coordinated and negotiated transactions involving the formation of group practices, including related due diligence matters;
  • Expert witness in cases involving valuation and economic loss issues relating to commercial litigation;
  • Experience in analyzing and reorganizing financial and operational system.

    • Mr. Rosenbaum's professional and civic affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Governing Board Member of Baptist Health South Florida, Member of the Finance Committee and Long Range Task Force for Temple Beth Am and Trustee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
