John J. LaRue, C.P.A.
John J. LaRue, Certified Public Accountant, specializes in income tax planning and compliance, estate planning, tax controversy and transactional analysis. He advises closely held businesses and high net worth individuals on both domestic and international tax issues and provides tax planning assistance in mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.
Jack graduated from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.
Jack was admitted as a Shareholder of Mallah Furman in 2006. Prior to that time, he served as the Partner in Charge of the Tax Department at Bloom, Gettis, Habib, Silver, Terrone & Rosner, P.A. from 1998 to 2006, and also worked for close to ten years at the Pennsylvania Firm of Ginader, Jones & Co., LLP.
Jack's professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has earned Certified Public Accountant designations in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Jack currently serves as Vice President of the Greater Miami Tax Institute.
