Seymour A. Feldstein, C.P.A.

Seymour Feldstein graduated from Florida Atlantic University in June 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has served as President of the Gold Coast Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, on numerous committees and the board directors of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the technology division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has presented seminars for the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accounts, including:

• Systems evaluation and development
• Training and financial personnel
• Maximization and individual
• Individual, partnership and corporate tax preparation

Seymour's primary areas of concentration are:

• Financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for real estate corporations
• Partnerships and limited liability companies
• Audits of employee benefit plans
• Capital budgeting and technology implementation strategies
• Cash flow analysis and budgeting
• Tax planning and compliance for closely held corporations

He is currently a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
