Mallah Furman Announces Merger With Berkovits & Company
MIAMI, Fla., May 19, 2009 Two of South Florida's most prominent accounting and consulting firms - Mallah, Furman & Company, PA and Berkovits & Company, LLP - are pleased to announce their July 1st merger as a combined effort to geographically expand their areas of expertise.
This merger brings together two full service organizations with parallel corporate cultures. Both firms serve a broad base of clientele, which include high net worth individuals, as well as domestic and international privately-held family owned companies. For 50 years, Mallah Furman has provided a full range of accounting, tax and consulting services, while Berkovits has been a leader in attestation engagements, consulting and long standing SEC compliance.
