Felicity H.C. Fang Promoted To International Tax Manager At South Florida CPA Firm Mallah Furman
MIAMI, FL, July 7, 2011 - Accounting and business consulting firm Mallah Furman, recently announced the promotion of Felicity Fang to the position of International Tax Manager.
Felicity, who works primarily out of the Firm's Miami office, has knowledge and experience in Federal and State taxation focusing on the U.S. tax impact of international transactions for high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Her areas of practice include international tax consulting; taxation of mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; cross border business operations and multi-state income tax planning and compliance.
Additionally, Ms. Fang holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management degree from the Keller Graduate School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from the Strathclyde Graduate Business School in Glasgow, Scotland and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from National University of Singapore.
Ms. Fang is a certified public accountant with the State of Florida and Illinois, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (FICPA) and Illinois CPA Society. She is a Board Member/Treasurer for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure/Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Affiliate and is a member of the British American Council and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
